"War in Ukraine. Destruction of Heritage - Mastering Legacy" at Humboldt-University

In October 2024 Yevegnia Belorusets was reading from her texts at the opening of the lecture series "War in Ukraine. Destruction of Heritage - Mastering Legacy" taking place at Humbold University in cooperarion with Viadrina University. The lectures are taking part in frames of KIU Competence Network Interdisciplinary Ukrainian Studies Frankfurt (Oder) - Berlin which is a four-year DAAD-funded project to strengthen Ukraine-related research, teaching, networking and transfer activities. The competence network, initiated and led by the European University Viadrina, includes the ZOiS, the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, the Freie Universität Berlin, the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities and the Wissenschaftskolleg Berlin. 

The first event took place in Grimm-Zentrum. The lecture series was opened on 21st of October by Julia von Blumenthal, president of Humboldt University, and Eduard Mühle, pesident of Viadrina. Yevgeniya Belorusets was reading from her texts at the opening.
