"What you will do when the war continues": Belorusets participating at Dzherelo event in Warsaw
Yevgenia Belorusets is participating at the event of the Ukrainian project Dzherelo in frames of the programm accompanying the exhibition "Warsaw under construction. Museum between the Square and the Palace" by MSN Warsaw.
Dzherelo pavilion is an independent art-space created by curatorial group Wet Hole (Alina Kleytman, Nikita Kadan, Bogdana Ukraina) in 2020. The project was based in the Dzherelo pavilion, which is located in Shevchekivskiy neighborhood in Kyiv nearby Opera theater. The small former drinking water intake in the Shevchenko district of Kyiv, closed for over two decades, is now a space for video art, performance events, experimental electronic music concerts, and lectures. It launched public discussion about the ecology of human existence in the city via the public and exhibition program embracing the widest audience 24/7. In 2022 the yard on which Dzherelo is situated was hit by a Russian rocket.
The event of Dzherelo in Warsaw includes screenings of the films “What you will do when the war starts” , “What you will do when the war continues” by Vladislav Plisetskiy
& “Place to See Before You Die” by Alina Kleytman, a conversation with photographer and writer Yevgenia Belorusets and a performance by Katia Kopeikina.
