Faith. Porn. Love: 5th issue of Prostory
On 26th of July the new issue of the magazine Prostory titled “Faith, Porn, Love” will be presented in the Visual Culture Research Center. The editors Nelya Vakhovska, Kateryna Mishchenko and Nataliya Chermalykh will speak on political love, pornography in literature, social morality and faith in their own faith.

“A Room of My Own” attacked on the eve of Ukraine's first gay parade
On 19th of May 2012 at the Centre for Visual Cultural Research in Kyiv two unknown assailants defaced a photographic exhibition by Yevgenia Belorusets. The attackers damaged documentary photographs depicting the everyday lives of LGBT families in Ukraine.
Exhibition of work in progress “A Room of My Own”
On 12th of May 2012 exhibition of work in progress A Room of My Own dedicated to the everyday lives of LGBT families in Ukraine will be opened in Visual Culture Research Center in Kyiv. The exhibtions consists of photographs by Yevgenia Belorusets.
