Press Conference in Severodonetsk: Human Rights in an undeclared war

During the press conference on 8th of December 2014 there will be a presentation of photographs taken at mines in Donbas from a current project by artist Yevgenia Belorusets Forgotten forms of resistance.

The work The Eye and the Sun to be shown an the curatorial exhibition of HUDRADA Referendum on withdrawal of the human race" in art center Closer in Kyiv. The opening is on 10th of December 2014. With friendly support of Pro Helvetia and the Swiss Arts Council.

"The Eye and the Sun" at Women Commentators Festival in Warsaw

In October 2014 the work The Eye and the Sun was presented at the second edition of Women Commentators with the support of Katarzyna Kozyra Foundation. This has been a try to organize an artistic dialogue between female artists from Ukraine and Russia, when this dialogue still seemed to be possible.

Participating at the forum "Vom Tahir-Platz zum Maidan: Freiheit, Selbstbestimmung, internationale Solidarität"

On 19th of September 2014 Yevgenia Belorusets will be doing an impulse speech at the forum Vom Tahir-Platz zum Maidan: Freiheit, Selbstbestimmung, internationale Solidarität organized by the Green Party of Germany.

Curating the show of activist art "Protest. Kultur. Politik" in Berlin

On 11th of July 2014 the show of activist art from Eastern Europe called Protest. Kultur. Politik will be opened at ZK/U Berlin. The show is curated and moderated by Yevgenia Belorusets.

Artist-talk at the DAAD Gallery in frames of the exhibition "The Ukrainians"

On 16th of June 2014 there wil be an artists talk with Lada Nakonechna, Yevgenia Belorusets, Sean Snyder and Olga Bryukhovetska. It's happening in frames of the collective exhibtion The Ukrainians taking place in DAAD Gallery in Berlin.

Exhibition „Maidan – occupied spaces” to be opened in Tbilisi

In May 2014 the exhibition Euromaidan – occupied spaces will be on display in Tbilisi. It's one of the recent works by Yevgenia Belorusets, a collection of photographs and texts depicting everyday life at the epicentre of a mass protest, focussing on the Euromaidan protest in Kyiv.
